            The Last Words of Iohn Haskins, who having lived all my dayes <lb/>
            a Romane Catholique, &amp; now being by Gods appointment to reco<ex>m</ex>=<lb break="no"/>
            mend my Body to the earth, &amp; my Soule to God my Redeemer, I being <lb/>
            troubled in Conscience, &amp; being heeretofore told <ex>tha</ex>t to keepe a secrett in such <lb/>
            a case, was meritorious, I <unclear>so</unclear> did forbeare, &amp; haue concealed it till now, all-<lb break="no"/>
            most too late to disclose it, being so neare my last breath. There is, &amp; <lb/>
            hath beene a rumour at this time of divers things, &amp; all of <ex>the</ex>m haue not <lb/>
            proved false, for smoake doth allwaies arise from some heate; &amp; now <lb/>
            belieue me, for I shall see you noe more, that <ex>the</ex>r<ex>e</ex> is as much treachery <lb/>
            in, &amp; about London now as ever there was in any age, &amp; <ex>tha</ex>t supported by <lb/>
            noe small ones; In Coleman-streete a greate man hath an house, I wold <lb/>
            ioy for yo<ex>u</ex>r safety if <ex>tha</ex>t w<ex>e</ex>r<ex>e</ex> searched, &amp; the garden-house adioyning <ex>the</ex>r<ex>e</ex>unto, <lb/>
            &amp; <ex>the</ex>r<ex>e</ex> yo<ex>u</ex> shall find o<ex>u</ex>r vault, w<ex>hi</ex>ch hath beene a long time making, let <lb/>
            that be searched throughly, &amp; <ex>the</ex>r<ex>e</ex> yo<ex>u</ex> shall find the heade-spring of all <lb/>
            knavery; Let the close in Southwarke be looked unto, &amp; o<ex>u</ex>r garden house <lb/>
            in the upper ground, for to my knowledge <ex>the</ex>r<ex>e</ex> hath beene a conveyance <lb/>
            a good while.
         </p>
         <p>
            Thus out of a troubled mind haue I made knowne to yo<ex>u</ex>, who ever <ex>tha</ex>t shalbe <lb/>
            I cannot tell, nor where it wilbe left. And so I end. All my honest <lb/>
            country-men farewell. I goe unto my rest.
